Measured Progress partners with organizations dedicated to improving teaching and learning. The company works with policymakers, education associations, research bodies, and other organizations to bring valuable products and services to its clients.


Align, Assess, Achieve believes that when educators are provided with the correct tools, academic growth is possible for all students. The organization's mission is to provide research-based, hands-on professional development for teachers and administrators. Align, Assess, Achieve offers a variety of professional development options designed to meet the unique needs of each school or district.

Measured Progress worked in partnership with Align, Assess, Achieve to create two DVDs on formative assessment, including Creating a Culture of Teaching and Learning. 


AdvancED is the union of the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI), Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI), and National Study of School Evaluation (NSSE). Through this unification, AdvancED advocates for advancing quality education. The SACS CASI division of AdvanED is an international agency dedicated to improving student learning by helping schools through the process of gaining accreditation.

Measured Progress has enjoyed a partnership with SACS CASI since 2004.


IMS Global Learning Consortium (IMS GLC) is a nonprofit member organization that strives to enable the growth and impact of learning technology in K-12, higher education, and corporate education worldwide. IMS GLC members are leading corporations, higher education institutions, school districts, and government organizations that collaborate on interoperability standards and major adoption projects for the digital support of education and learning. IMS GLC also sponsors Learning Impact, a global awards program and conference that recognizes the impact of innovative technology on educational access, affordability, and quality.

Measured Progress is an Contributing Member of IMS Global and a supporter of open learning standards. The organizations are collaborating in support of the Accessible Portable Item Profile (APIP) standard and IMS GLC participated in our technical architecture development work for the SMARTER Balanced Assessment Consortium.


MetaMetrics, Inc.'s team of experienced psychometricians developed The Lexile® Framework for Reading, The Quantile® Framework for Mathematics, and The Lexile Framework for Writing®. In addition to licensing Lexiles and Quantiles to states, test, and textbook publishers, MetaMetrics delivers professional development, resource measurement and customized consulting services.

Measured Progress's PTS3 assessment includes Lexile and Quantile scores on student reports to assist teachers in matching student to challenging, yet appropriate enrichment materials.


National Middle School Association (NMSA) is a voice for those committed to the educational and developmental needs of young adolescents. NMSA is the only national education association dedicated exclusively to the growth of middle-level education. Through the release of its landmark position paper This We Believe, NMSA serves as a key resource to middle level educators looking to develop more effective schools. NMSA also provides professional development, journals, books, research, and other valuable information to assist educators on an ongoing basis.

Measured Progress has developed professional development books and podcasts with National Middle School Association. 


Texthelp Systems is the worldwide leader in providing literacy software solutions. The company develops innovative software to help struggling readers and writers, those with literacy difficulties, learning disabilities such as dyslexia, mild visual impairments, and where English is a second language. Their software products improve users reading, writing and research skills at school, in the workplace, and at home.

Measured Progress partners with Texthelp for the read-aloud accommodation of the Utah assessment.


WestEd is a nonprofit research, development, and service agency that works with education and other communities to promote excellence, achieve equity, and improve learning for children, youth, and adults.

Measured Progress has partnered with WestEd on several statewide assessment contracts.
