Culture
Clients view Measured Progress as more than a contractor, using words like "partner," teammate," and "part of the family" to describe the strong working relationships they forge with staff. In fact, several of our clients have been part of the Measured Progress family for more than a decade.
Employees are encouraged to seek alternative solutions to improve clients' assessment programs. Never content with the status quo, Measured Progress employees strive to break the mold—from developing creative items that tap into higher depths of knowledge, to managing programs more effectively, and leveraging technology.
Our employees, with strong support from Measured Progress leadership, participate in community outreach projects such as the American Cancer Society's Making Strides for Breast Cancer walk, the Coastal Cleanup, and food drives. In addition, the company's employee-driven Charitable Contributions Committee donates up to $50,000 each year to educational programs and non-profit organizations.
The company calls this commitment to its clients, the community, and one another "the Measured Progress difference."
The Measured Progress difference includes:
- Programs that keep clients' needs and budgets in mind
- Responsive, knowledgeable, hands-on contract management
- A cooperative culture that encourages diverse viewpoints and community outreach
